Heat the frying pan in low flame. Pour oil. Add chopped onion and fry it till golden brown. Add turmeric powder, chili powder coriander powder and garam masala. Stir well and add sliced tomato, green chillies and ginger. Add sliced bhindi and sprinkle salt all over it. Shallow fry for 2-3 mins and then transfer the contents into a microwave tray. Pour 1 tbsp oil over it and garnish with coriander leaves. Set microwave temperature at a high 750w and set the time for 15 mins. Your favorite bhindi masala is ready.
Hot serve with roti or use it as a second dish while having rice.
