Inji Thairu (Ginger and Green Chilies in Yogurt)


Ingredients
Fresh Ginger – ½ cup finely sliced
Green chilies: 8
Yogurt – 1 cup
Curry leaves – 1 strip
Salt to taste

Preparation
Mix all the items listed above in yogurt and stir well. Your Inji Thairu is ready. How simple is that. I bet, this is one of the best chutney you ever taste. It helps in digestion, and also increase the appetite. Festivals like Onam, Vishu, this recipe is a must. People say normally about this recipe that it is equivalent to 1000 curries.
